Not that you need any ...Good job for not giving up. Not that you need any suggestions but I use at home videos. I always feel a little nerdy when I tell people that but they work really well for me. Two in particular that I like are based off the show "The Biggest Loser" they are called "Cardio Max" and "Power Sculpt." What I really like about these videos is that the workouts only last 30 minutes, which includes the warm up and cool down. In those few minutes I get a good workout because the trainers are tough. It is as if I traded two hours at the gym for 30 minutes of torture at home:)<br /><br />Because it is only 30 minutes I can reasonably workout every single day. It is perfect for me as a mom. Sometimes Spencer is fussy and cries through my entire workout...but again it is only 30 minutes so I don't feel too bad ignoring him. Taking care of his momma is taking care of him in the long run.<br /><br />I am proud of you for staying committed and determined.
